Andrew Downing from Ray White Adelaide was an amazing sales agent and I’d give him 6 stars if I could. Andrew is very genuine and trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t believe how smooth the process was to sell our house and how quickly he got the property ready and on the market. Finally, the price he achieved was much better than we had hope for. Alanah has been the most efficient property manager I have ever dealt with, my rental property was managed by another company previously and the owners made the switch to Ray White Adelaide City, best move they could have made! Maintenance I had been waiting for 2 years to be fixed has been done so quickly, and the communication from Alanah has been excellent. She has exceeded my expectations from a property manager and is friendly, approachable, and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a property manager to seriously consider Alanah as I know from renting through her that the property is well taken care of. I absolutely love the house I rent and its great to know that it is now being cared for the way it should be. Also shoutout to their maintenance man Steven.. he does a fantastic job!

Alanah-Jayne went above and beyond as a property manager - she was always responsive and lovely to deal with, and she got on top of any maintenance issues very quickly.
